Total waste of time dealing with Chelmsford branch.I called several times regarding renting properties and whoever answered didn’t have a clue? I did what most people do these days and looked at rightmove . Estate agents take a few photos of your property and put them on right move, they then charge you a large percentage for what? Don’t bother with these money grabbers, I ended up in touch with Parfitt properties, a professional company who doesn’t charge the earth for a proper customer service!!

Beresford staff were cheerful, friendly and professional from the moment we walked into the local branch. Subsequent communication face-to-face, by email or on the phone was excellent.They provided us with a valuable range of properties and were positive and efficient in arranging viewings.On finding a property we liked the client was contacted and the sale agreed within 45 minutes, and the required admin was dealt with efficiently.The whole experience was positive and successful, and Saffron and Rob were particularly helpful.

I have been a tenant and a landlord through Beresfords over the past 20 plus years. I live outside of the UK now and Beresfords fully manage my property. They are very responsive and the staff I have dealt with are keen to provide a good service to both tenant and landlord. It´s a great piece of mind to leave the property in trusted hands.

What made the experience great was the continuous feedback we got from Alice keeping us up to date on the progress .She was always available and willing to assist. I also liked that everything could be done online ,and there was no travelling up and down. She also made a great effort to accommodate and put measures in place for us to have our dog there.
