Direct reviewsMy recent issue with my boiler was repaired On the same day which I reported the issue even though I stressed it wasn???t a major issue and it was a problem that could have waited, but they went all in and got it repaired that day! All communication with Belvoir staff was polite, friendly and Super helpful as it always is, I have been a customer of the Chelmsford Branch of Belvoir for 12 years now and they are a fantastic group of people that my family have great respect for. GoogleWe have been renting for a very long time over two properties over 13 years with Belvoir. We are so pleased with the service overall, we feel safe, looked after and heard. Also all reported faults or concerns get dealt with promptly. The companies that deal with repairs we have encountered had been competent and speedy at resolving the issues. We would highly recommend renting with Belvoir Chelmsford team.

We rented for approximately 6 years with the Chelmsford branch. I found them all to be very helpful and any repairs were carried out in a timely fashion. The contractors instructed were always professional and friendly. At the checkout Paul Murphy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations as the cleaning company we had instructed failed to clean the property to the correct standard. With his help speaking with the third party cleaning agent we managed to get the property back to an acceptable standard and recieved our full deposit back. I would recommend this branch to new tenants looking to rent.

Paul Murphy and his team have over a period of almost TEN years managed my rental property in Chelmsford . The whole process has been totally hassle free and well organised throughout .Money has been collected on time and any repairs ,plumbing or electrical work that needed to be done has been covered off by Belvoir in a timely and fair manner . Belvoir even helped me with the eventual sale of my property and supplied information and documentation to solicitors which was beyond my expectation. Overall I would recommend Belvoir to any new landlord and would be happy to offer a direct reference .

From the moment I reported the problem, the agency was quick to respond and kept me informed throughout the process. The arrangement for the repair was seamless, and the technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosing and fixing the issue efficiently. I am happy to report that the oven is now working perfectly. The entire experience has been extremely positive, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care demonstrated by everyone involved. It???s reassuring to know that such excellent support is available when needed.

I can't recommend Belvoir! Chelmsford highly enough. Paul and his team are all first class - expert, down to earth, friendly and always offering wise counsel in a sticky situation (which is increasingly the landlord's lot, I'm afraid). I've worked with other letting/managing agents and there are far too many out there happy to do an OK job for substantially more than OK money. Belvoir are a breath of fresh air and always go the extra mile for their clients and I wouldn't work with anyone else!

Belvoir Chelmsford have been an absolute delight to have as a letting agent. Having been let down severely by another Chelmsford agent several years ago I switched to Belvoir and have never regretted it. The team are efficient, unfailingly cheerful, on the ball to ensure that landlords and tenants fulfil their obligations and they ensure that neither party is charged excessive amounts to rectify any shortcomings. Experience over many rears has shown the Chelmsford team to be people who understand people. This means that they are sensitive to need and prepared to be creative in dealing with any issues raised by me as landlord or by my tenant. They are not just doing a job for the money. They care about the human beings with whom they deal. What is more....they have a sense of humour!

We rent out a property using Belvoir, they are an extremely unprofessional company. They have treated us as if we are an inconvenience, whenever we have had to contact them, sometimes they have not bothered to get back to us when they said they would. Their customer service is appalling. I would stay away from this company as a landlord or a tenant and go elsewhere to another agency.
