GoogleMy wife and I had the pleasure of working with Balgores from 2019-2020, handling the sale of our property. During what can only be described as an incredibly challenging time (Brexit then Covid19 pandemic), Balgores kept working hard on the sale, engaging with us at every step and handling all the queries and challenges arising from the sale of a property. Definitely have to shout out for Sarah Oakley for simply being amazing in the final stages of the property sale, keeping us updated and chasing when things slowed down, Allanah Buckroyd for all the efforts in finding our buyers and supporting us to a mutually satisfactory conclusion - as well as the ever friendly and supportive team in Chelmsford. GoogleI did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with. They booked for me few visits in a day, to a variety of property just to give me a viewing on the market. They booked me a last but not least one by the end of that day, convinced that it was the one to see! And they were right, I made an offer for that property, had great support from Balgores to find either a mortgage advisor (David from Mortgage advise Bureau) and a Sollicitors (Kate from Cunningtons LLP Wickford). The process went very well and smoothly, I am now the happy owner of a property in Chelmsford. I definitely recommend working with Balgores and more especially with Brad & Will!

In particular, I found Brad Stanton, the Manager, to be charming, polite and extremely efficient from the instruction stage to the sale, exchange and completion stages. The sale has not been the easiest journey and Balgores always given me the confidence that they will succeed and that has certainly been the case. He is backed up by a very good team, who have all been willing to help. I would also like to commend Allannah Buckroyd for her concerted efforts in helping to sell my property. A great team effort from the best estate agents. Balgores are fully recommended.”
