GoogleWe've been using Spoke for a 3 months now and the support from Ben has been fantastic and the results have followed. We have had a record month with valuations and can honestly accredit some of this to the marketing through this platform. It's great value and I would highly recommend the using this software.

GoogleOur daughter recommended Balgores to us after having excellent service from them with her own move. Bradley and the team who have been dealing with the sale of our house have been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. In fact we already have. The whole process seems to have happened swiftly and efficiently. The conveyancer they recommended to us have also been excellent.

GoogleDespite a long process the staff at Balgores stayed in for the long haul and didn't dismiss me even as my sale hit stumbling blocks. Ricky at Chelmsford and Marie in South Woodham were always available and on my side.

GoogleDaniel and the team at Balgores have assisted with letting our portfolio of seven flats over the last few years. Daniel and his team have been responsive, efficient and most importantly produced quality tenants with very small void periods. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish from Balgores. Ricky was our first point of contact and he was very enthusiastic about our sale straight away. We immediately decided to go with Balgores for our house sale. We were sold in 48 hours at a great price! Ricky, Sean, Sarah and the whole Balgores team were excellent throughout.
