GoogleWe are very pleased with our service using Balgores in Chelmsford, we had a few snagging issues with the property when we moved in due to it being empty for a while. Daniel was key in getting these issues sorted out quickly and was a great support throughout. Grace and Ben were also helpful whenever we called the branch.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Balgores enough. They are very professional and Alannah was so helpful from the initial enquiry to the completion of the sale. She has been available throughout to answer any queries and to put our minds at rest. One of the things we liked about Alannah was that she was honest from the outset and priced the property at a reasonable level to gain a sale as soon as possible. Balgores managed all the viewings with prospective buyers and handled this with a high degree of professionalism. Other agents will promise you the world and a higher price for your property but within weeks they will be reducing the price and backtracking to a lower sale price to gain a sale. Do not hesitate to use Balgores as they are a very professional company and will do anything to make your sale as smooth as it possibly can be. The other good thing about Balgores is that Marie progresses the sale and liaised with the other solicitors involved to make sure that the sale progressed and that any problems were ironed out at a very early stage. Well done Balgores, you have a fantastic team of people and would not hesitate to use the company again.

GoogleCannot recommend Allison highly enough. At a time of great stress with a very difficult tenant, she gave advice that even we could understand. Allison is diligent and in these days of financial hardship is excellent value for money too and she answers the phone!!

GoogleAs always a fantastic service from The Balgores Lettings Team. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times they were very efficient, responsive to calls, polite and extremely easy process for signing contracts etc. Michael Charles was a breath of fresh air, I never had to chase and he always returned my calls straight away. The flat went onto Rightmove on Monday at 3.00pm and by 4.00pm on Tuesday he had found a tenant. I have another property to list soon and I will 100% be using them again. If your a landlord in the area Michael couldn't come more highly recommended. Thanks Michael, speak soon.
