GoogleI went through the purchase process with Goodfellows, working closely with Maria and Stefan. They were excellent, I was very impressed with their responsiveness whenever I had any queries and they remained patient and determined to get the purchase done when issues came up. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleWe have just brought a property from Goodfellows in Cheam and I can’t recommended them enough! Sabrina has been a god send, she’s kept us updated along the way and helped us with solutions to overcome a few problems we encountered. She’s been available every time I’ve called and when she has a day off she has let us know who to contact. Highly recommended her and the whole team in Cheam!

The whole team were outstanding - in particular Stefan and Jack were brilliant, going above and beyond through each stage of the process. GoogleA really great experience selling our house with Stefan, Lucy and Niamh from Goodfellows in Cheam. From the moment Lucy came to see our house to provide a quote to sell it for us, we decided we wanted Goodfellows as they seemed really enthusiastic and professional and above all very approachable and friendly. She is very amicable and helpful and is always there whenever we have a concern. She has gone above and beyond when, for example, double checking work has been done prior to move in and kept us assured throughout the whole process.

Lucy was really good at dealing with my calls when I was worried we'd lose the house we wanted and she made great friends with our youngest. All in all we'd definitely recommend Goodfellows in Cheam. GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our property through Goodfellows in Cheam Village and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our home was sold incredibly quickly, we were regularly kept up-to-date with the progress of our sale and the team went above and beyond to assist where they could with our onward purchase. Big thanks to Stefan and the team, as/when we move again, we will definitely be using Goodfellows again.

GoogleI would not even give a star if this was an option- the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I dealt with both Lorraine and Mandy when attempting to buy a property they were selling. The service was unprofessional and rude. There was no sense of humanity. I would always recommend anyone to stay well away .NegativeQuality, Professionalism
