GoogleAbsolutely amazing! We put our house on the market and it sold instantly! Great news for us, as we had found our dream house in Devon. The process started off ok and then we hit a few problems. Sabrina Rosenow looked into these for us and she was truly wonderful. She chased everyone in the chain constantly and kept us fully updated. She went over and above the level of service you would expect, even keeping in touch on her days off. At one point we thought the whole chain was going to collapse, but within 2 days Sabrina worked a miracle and we were able to exchange. Everyone at Goodfellows was really helpful and supportive, at a time that was really stressful. If it was not for Sabrina, we would not be starting our life in the countryside in our dream home. GoogleThe worst service I have ever recieved. I have had so many problems with Goodfellows I could write an essay. This was particularly with the Agent Louise who claimed after wanting a second viewing she stated ‘ I am doing this out of the kindness of my heart’. When we got to the viewing Louise could not find the keys and did not even bother to ask the landlord or go back to the office to get them. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

GoogleWe recently purchased a flat to rent and got an offer from a tenant just before Christmas, but also wanted to move in on 30 Dec. It seemed this timeframe would be pretty difficult to achieve given holidays but Louise did an excellent job and was available by text/email throughout the holidays (even when officially not working) to move things along. So far our experience with Goodfellows has been 5* and couldn't ask for anything more.
