GoogleI previously rented a property with Stuarts. There were issues with the property when I moved in (such as a cracked shower base amongst other things). These took a considerable amount of time to be repaired, and also people were letting themselves into the property without my permission and leaving tools and mess around the house and garden. Sorry to say I cannot recommend them as a letting agent.
This property did indeed have a few teething problems which were in the hands of the landlord rather than our agency as he used his own contractor who also did enter the property without permission and against all instruction from our agency. The issues were raised to the landlord immediately but do understand that this was frustrating for the tenant.

GoogleWe have rented through Stuarts Property Services for over 9years and can’t fault the service. Repairs and enquiries are dealt with very swiftly and hassle free. Communication is excellent with particular thanks to Margaret who is very professional and responds to enquiries in a timely manner. Thanks again. Would highly recommend, not one issue in 9 years which speaks for itself.
Thank you for leaving Stuarts Property Services a fabulous review. It is so lovely to be able to keep the same tenants in their property for so many years. Margaret Griffiths has been with Stuarts a number of years and works extremely hard to be the intermediary person for tenants and Landlords when it comes to maintenance and repairs and takes great pride in trying to please both parties. GoogleHave used this agent for years to let a flat I own in the area. They are always friendly and honest to deal with and I have been able to leave them to look after my property without any qualms. They keep up with all the latest changes in regulations and keep me notified of any new landlord responsibilities. The property is never empty long and we have never had any problems with the tenants they have found. They deal with all tenant interface including yearly property inspections and the regular maintenance and we have never had any problems.
