We have recently moved out of a property in Wilmslow managed by Stuarts Letting Agents, and I would recommend them highly. Having been on both sides of the rental market, it is excellent to find a firm in South Manchester that genuinely cares about the tenant’s experience. Throughout our tenancy, the team at the Cheadle office was incredibly proactive. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, such as needing a plumber, they were quick to respond and had someone expert around quickly. They also went above and beyond by sharing useful property maintenance tips. Communication was effortless; having a shared WhatsApp made a big difference for quick, easy interactions. It really felt like they wanted us to enjoy living in the house and treated it like a home. Most importantly, the end-of-tenancy process was entirely stress-free with absolutely no quibbles over the deposit. A professional, helpful, and genuinely decent team to deal with.

For a career tenant (and I hope to change that soon), Stuarts Homes are the best I have had any engagements with. Head and shoulders above the rest. It is not just that they move swiftly to put things right - which they do - you just feel listened to and heard as a tenant when dealing with them. They communicated the Employments Right Bill, made sure we understood what was happening, kept us updated when they were off handling other business, made sure everything that needed attending to was sorted. We were one of countless tenants yet they made us feel like we were their first and only tenants. And they do so with every tenant (including the ones that recommended them). Being professional with a touch of friendliness is a balance very few Property Management services can achieve but Stuart Homes do it with ease. I will recommend them to anyone out there.

Rented a property through stuarts some years ago. Service was excellent. Knew exactly the type of thing we were after and didn't waste our time like some other estate agents do. Recommended a place they though met our requirements and was spot on. Lived at the property for 5 years. Fast forward 15 years or so, wli received an email out of the blue explaining that I was still owed some money regarding a deposit. Explained clearly what I needed to do to claim it back. Excellent all round. Would definitely recommend their services.

Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Stuarts. As a first time landlord, Jack and the team took me through each step of the process in a clear, concise way. They answered any and all questions that I had in a timely manner too. It made what could have been a complex and daunting process smooth, quick and easy. The speed in which they found tennants (which have so far been great) was incredible too, from having all of the paperwork ready and handing everything over to Stuarts, it was around 10 days to the tenants moving in. Stuarts Homes were amazing! We viewed a flat at 4.50pm on Wednesday and picked up the keys 9.30am on Friday. We had to move from our current apartment urgently due to flooding and were staying in an AirB&B temporarily (due to check out Friday) when we were told we needed to end our tenancy and find somewhere else to live.The team at Stuarts went over and above to get us in the new place in the requested time frame. They were completely sympathetic to our situation. The Canopy app which they used was great! So easy to use and you could see the status of your application and references which was reassuring. I'm not really sure where to start and I don't think I can truly express in words how grateful I am to Stuarts Homes. From the first communication to the last each and every person I spoke with was ever so kind, polite, and approachable (which was a massive relief for me and my anxiety). I spoke with Clare when i rang to ask some questions relating to my circumstances as I was interested in a 1 bed flat that was available for renting. Clare was ever so welcoming, and friendly and super understanding and was happy to answer my questions. I booked a viewing for the next day where I met Jack, again super friendly, very helpful, down to earth and polite. I decided to go ahead at applying for the property, and when going through the application we hit a few snags, I really do feel that they went above and beyond to help me get this flat to rent despite these. Amazing property agency to work with! We had a very easy experience with Stuart's in finding a place to rent. They were prompt, well-organized and clear in their communications. The overall process was fairly straightforward with them. Their agreement process was mostly done online, which was helpful in the current times. A big positive aspect with Stuarts Home is that most of the property agencies wouldn't respond to viewing requests, wouldn't update the listing after a property is let/under application, and wouldn't get back to you if you had a question. However with Stuart's, we had no issues at all. They managed the listing very professionally, were quick to respond to our questions and were open to minor adjustments in the overall process. They are also very ethical through all the rental process. Starting with a "first come first served" regarding if you are interested on the property. We did the viewing, liked the house, payed the holding fee and right there the house was out of the market. When most of the times with other agencies you have to make an offer. Absolutely recommend Stuarts Homes!!

From the very first phone call asking Stuarts for the availability of a rental unit on the web site through to the final piece of documentation, there has been not one aspect of Stuarts service that i can find fault with, not even a tiny one , and I like most I am precious with my time. Nothing has been too much trouble, all requests from my side were managed professionally, all promises made in terms of feedback, meeting times and dates were kept. I can honestly say that dealing with Olivia, Colin, Clare and all others has been a real pleasure , especially in this day and age.
