I have been a tenant with Stuart’s for almost 12 years and it’s always been positive. I haven’t had many issues with the property but any that I have had have been dealt with promptly and with friendly professionalism. There is no intrusion from them at all and the entire team are always helpful. I am always kept up to date with any changes in legislation with regards to what they are required to do or what they need me to do that I wasn’t already doing and any workmen who have needed to come round are always friendly and efficient.

Been with Stuart's a very short time but must admit to being impressed. Clare, Olivia, Keith (I think) and Adele is who I've dealt with and all have been professional and human at the same time. When going to the property there was no secrets I was advised of any issues they had and also how they were fixed, information most estate agents wouldn't volunteer. We noticed an issue a few days after moving in (both us and them missed it, it happens) and had someone out the same day. People need to understand in life things go wrong and a company is judged on how they respond and so far so good with Stuart's. Would happily recommend them to friends and family.

We have rented a few apartments over the years with various letting agents and Stuarts have been by far the best! Their customer service is brilliant. Fortunately we didn't have any major issues but any small niggles were looked into and resolved promptly. Other agents are quick to try and pinch your pennies but Stuart's thorough check-out process means they give you every opportunity to keep as much of your deposit as possible. We moved to U.K in 2015 and it was our first rented property. The whole process was carried out in friendly and smooth way. We rented the property for more than 2 yrs and we were facilitated and dealt in very effective, efficient and professional way. Unfortunately land lord decided to sale the property so we have to find a new place. The move out process is as smooth and clearly communicated as the move in was. I've rented through Stuart's for 5 1/2 years and Colin and the team have always been friendly and helpful. Any maintenance required was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was always kept informed if anyone needed access when I was away from the flat. I have recently left the flat which has been my home for the past 5 1/2 years and the leaving process was hassle free and simple and my deposit returned without delay. I have viewed many properties, mainly through major agencies, and have never been so impressed as to feel compelled to give positive feedback and leave a review. On arrival for my viewing, Jack was very welcoming and in the space of 10-15mins, he was thoroughly informative and courteous. It was refreshing to have an agent take the time to engage in conversation, taking an interest in my situation, giving reassurance of minor repairs that would be completed, and impressively taking into consideration the needs of my son, who has Autism, in such a compassionate and understanding manner. Jack's professionalism was of a noticably high standard and the appointment felt warm and personalised, which is incredibly rare and certainly sets Stuarts apart from every major agency. I genuinely would be delighted to rent a property through Stuart Homes, and I'm rather hoping the right house becomes available through them as this one wasn't quite right for my sons needs. I would absolutely highly recommend Stuarts Homes without hesitation, and hope to see them thrive as an independent business.

A very competent professional company. As a Landlord I can’t speak highly enough about the service Stuart’s give. Very prompt, curtious, reliable and their paper work and documentation superb. They take away the burden of worrying if all the legal side has all the necessary bib and braces. Legislation is changing constantly and mostly in favour of the Tenant. Stuart’s a are on the ball. Best experience so far with a Property agency. Its rare to find such nice people and Amanda, Jack and Olivia I met are just awesome. My wife was communicating with them in start of our tenancy and she used to say that these guys are really wonderful and I started dealing with them while ending our tenancy and it turned out my wife was right. They are clear in communication, always prompt in responding to emails, and moreover they are really helpful. If I ever need to manage my property or anything related to properties in future it will definitely be Stuart’s (without any doubt) who will take care of it. I can't recommend them enough as they go above and beyond in helping and supporting. They helped me in sorting some issues in the house even after completing my tenancy. With Stuart’s I haven't faced a single issue and got to know such wonderful people. Thank you Amanda, Jack, Olvia and the whole team. You guys are Awesome. Its nice meeting you all. Took out a tenancy last September and the process was stress free, easy and everything ran on time. I requested a little bit of repair work for the property and this was done swiftly and with no fuss, any questions I had were dealt with as soon as possible. Since then they have kept me updated with any changes, notifying me of monthly receipts to my account, and gave plenty of time for their quarterly inspections. Our house has been rented out and managed by Stuarts for nearly 20 years - that speaks volumes in itself. I cannot praise them highly enough for their attention to detail and ultra efficiency. They are always on the ball and are thoroughly au fait and compliant with all legislation, etc., meaning that we don't have to worry about a thing. We have previously used other agents and they cannot come close to the professionalism of Stuarts. No problem is too big or too small for them to deal with, and they always communicate in a timely, open and friendly, but still professional, manner. I honestly don't think you could find a better agent.
