GoogleIf there were more Stars to give I certainly would. Carolyn, Alex & Max have been the most valuable asset to the sale of my late parents home. Their expertise within the housing market shone through & this house sold very quickly to our delight. A bittersweet moment being a family home with many happy memories & also moving on was dealt with their empathy, guidance, excellent informative manner, professionalism & most importantly, always approachable. Always happy to get to know you & act on your behalf. They are the most magical team & I wouldn’t hesitate in offering my recommendations. They are up to date in their approach & most contactable on all genres & easily accessible to their office base. Mitchell Williams are definitely the most genuine company to use if you want assurance, assistance & the best advice from start to finish from Vendor-Purchaser-Legal, etc. All aspects of the Housing market covered with regular conversation & actions that takes any sting or stresses out of any important decision, making it a perfect journey. They were great with a delicate situation with tenant, worked brilliantly with my solicitor and guided me through the process at all times. GoogleOutstanding service from beginning to end. Always available and quick to respond. Max dealt with us in a reassuring way, and reduced the stress of moving home. He was professional and courteous at all times, and offered his help and expertise in areas we didn't think would come under his remit. We chose Mitchell Williams as the properties they listed seemed to be sold quickly, and consistently above asking price. We had 2 properties to sell and had over 40 viewings on the first weekend, and sold by the following Tuesday. We're delighted, and wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to sell. Big thanks also to Katie for all she did on our viewing days.
