I viewed the property and by the end of the same day they had secured the property with the landlord on my behalf and I had the keys within 10 days. Special thanks to Max whose professionalism and exceptional communication made what can be a stressful process go as smooth as possible. An independent local business that does things the right way, strongly recommended!

GoogleWhat can I say other then an absolutely flawless 5 star service! Fantastic marketing, sold within 24 hours over asking and regular communication through out the sale. Alot of agents will promise the moon on a stick but Mitchell Williams did what was promised and more. There knowledge in the industry is second to none! Will highly recommend to friends and family

He was professional and courteous at all times, and offered his help and expertise in areas we didn't think would come under his remit.We chose Mitchell Williams as the properties they listed seemed to be sold quickly, and consistently above asking price. We had 2 properties to sell and had over 40 viewings on the first weekend, and sold by the following Tuesday. We're delighted, and wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to sell. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Mitchell Williams. This was the first time we have sold a property and really felt we were in safe hands from day 1. Lots of open communication, no jargon, very knowledgeable of the market and supportive when required. Recommendations throughout for anything we needed from solicitors and work people, which made life easier. We would use them again and would recommend their services.
