I can’t recommend Mitchell Williams enough. We initially went with another local estate agent and had our house on the market for around four months. Most of our weekends were taken up with viewings, which made life with two children and work very challenging. Despite having modernised the house, we were really disheartened that we were not achieving the results we had hoped for. We decided to change estate agents to Mitchell Williams, and from our very first contact with the team, I knew we had made the right decision. Our house sold within a week. Alex was extremely professional and took outstanding photos and videos of the property which made a huge difference. I would strongly recommend looking at their website to see the quality of their work. Alex was honest and had a very good understanding of the market. Carolyn and Alfie were also fantastic. When we encountered a few issues during the process, Carolyn helped resolve them quickly and efficiently, ensuring the transaction ran smoothly. I can’t thank the whole team enough. I used to think that everyone uses Rightmove and that it doesn’t really matter which estate agent you choose, but our experience proves that it absolutely does.

We decided to use Mitchell Williams as our estate agent to sell our house recently off the back of really good online reviews. I have to say they deserve those reviews- they were fantastic from start to finish! Alex was brilliant in providing a realistic valuation and then getting the sale setup on Rightmove. The team did a great job with the house viewings and their after sale care was superb. Carolyn, Max and Alfie were more than happy to chase things up for us all the way through the process- it didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble for them. They kept us calm when things got stressful with the size of our chain and lack of updates from parties further up it. We are now in our new house and can’t thank the team at Mitchell Williams enough- they really were outstanding.

We bought our house through Mitchell Williams, and then, seeing how good they were, used them to sell the property again 9 years later! They were brilliant from start to finish. The listing and video they produced were first rate - so much so that we had offers on the table from the first day of viewings! Max was fantastic in managing our case. He negotiated and secured a great sale price for us. He was very attentive - always phoning to check where things were up to and very responsive on email. Mitchell Williams were fantastic in selling our property. Arranged a lot of viewings and were fast and efficient in dealing with the process. The photos they took were fantastic and they were always reachable when needed. Equally on my purchase side there were major issues in the communication side with their estate agents and solicitors, which caused massive delays to the process. I wont name and shame them (sounds like Ledward Keller) but they were a poor shadow of the quality of MW. Carolyn kept the chain alive and were able to make sure the house sale got through. I decided to change to Mitchell Williams after I’d had my house on the market for a few months with another estate agent but had had very little interest in the property. I’m so glad I did - what a difference! We were soon up again on Rightmove and in no time had had a number of viewings. Max and Alfie who is dealt with the most at Mitchell Williams estate agents were 100% efficient,i have been kept up to date with everything along the 2 years we have been in contact. I had problems with probate etc but when that was through which took a long time max was superb and has excellent t customer service skills,I cannot fault this estate agent at all I thoroughly recommend them and it has been an absolute pleasure with all the dealings we have had along the way. They went above and beyond in selling the property im so so grateful for all thier help. I woyld also like to thank the gentleman Paul who went and checked for squirrels and never chaeged me a penny so im so thankful to him too. I would highly recommend Mitchell Williams for the sale of a property. If we would ever need their services in future, I would use them again. I did lots of research and called different agents before short listing and seeing 3 different agents in person. I chose this company in the first place as they were so positive, upbeat and came across interested in what I was saying/ asking every single line of communication. I felt like a valued customer to them and they really negotiated the best deal for me as a seller and I'm sure our buyers, so everyone was happy.
