GoogleFirst class experience from start to finish. It's unusual to find an organisation where 'every' member of the team is on their 'A' game, but at Mitchell Williams it's certainly the case. Highly professional, whilst being personable, communicative and supportive. I'll certainly be back in the future, and have no issues whatsoever recommending to friends, family and colleagues. GoogleThey are not good, they didn't even pay my deposit back. And I paid extra bills for the next month when I was not living there in the property these agents are not good. I am not happy and left.
Sorry that you feel Mitchell Williams were responsible however the case was submitted to the Gogernment approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme and after thorough investigation they ruled in favour of the landlord with regards to any outstanding monies owed.
