They looked after us every step of the way. They helped make the process smoother than we anticipated and gave us valuable advice including regarding our house purchase through another agency. GoogleGreat service, highly recommended. Both Alex and Max went out of their way to help us move in to our new rental property as quickly as possible. Very helpful and efficient. We had a leak in the property in the first few weeks and they organised a plumber to come round and fix it within the hour. Very impressed!

Googlei called them at 11:20am 24/08 to enquire about a property. i had to call them 4 times and only on the 4th time did they actually pick up. the woman on the other side didn’t even give me a chance to say anything else, i shouldn’t have to call again just to ask a few questions. there was no rush to end the call and i just found it unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
Unfortunately the housing market is very busy at present and whilst we aim to answer every call into the office there will understandably be times during our extremely busy periods, especially Monday mornings, where we might miss a call. We do have an answer machine which most people chose to use which enables us to call them back. I’m slightly confused by your comment about the member of staff not giving you chance to say anything as you also mention there was no rush to end the call.
