GoogleRecently sold my house through Maurice Kilbride, and I have got to say it was absolutely fantastic experience from day one all the way through to the completion. Selling/Buying the house is one of most stresfull experiences in life, and having a competent as well as caring Estate Agent that You can trust makes massive difference. Maurice was very professional, honest and to the point, with detailed and acurate knowledge about the local market. I sold my house to the first viewers. Emily was great too, very polite and efficient, she kept in contact with me regularly and ensured everything ran smoothly. Excellent work from the whole team really!! Gold star service🌟🌟🌟

GoogleTry to rush the sale and pressure you with no warning Sold my house through these people and without any prior warning said they want they keys TODAY or the sale is going to be cancelled my fridge was still in the property and I told them can I give they keys tommorow so I can get a van hired and get my fridge back they declined and they assured me that they would arrange a time with the new buyers when I can get my fridge they never did arrange and then when I rang switched the story and twisted it saying I said the New tenants could keep the fridge so I lost my item and they didn't care at all
Good morning. Many thanks for taking the trouble to do a review. Firstly, I am not sure who you are? the name is not familiar to us? however, the only incident that we can recall at all like this, relates to a house sale that was over 12 months ago? so we are not sure why anybody would choose to leave a review now? and that particular sale was a matrimonial one, where the parties were communicating via solicitors and the property was empty for well over six months, ample time for one of the co owners to remove a fridge and even on completion, the new buyers offered to leave the fridge by the side of the house for collection. This was nothing to do with ourselves, as we always try to help all our customers, whatever the situation and in actual fact the lady seller left us a wonderful five star review at the time, thanking us for our help and support, so this review has come totally out of the blue? GoogleI was mindful of wanting to support a smaller firm when choosing an estate agency to sell our family home rather than a national chain and we were pleased we did. Maurice Kilbride Agency, a family company, specialises in properties in the immediate vicinity so they have a thorough understanding of the area which is critical. They were enthusiastic, responsive and I did appreciate Maurice' guidance to help manage my expectations. I suspect we were quite overbearing as clients as we had poor experiences previously trying to sell the property, but once with MK agency, we soon realised that everything would be o.k. GoogleHaving to sell my Grandma's property has been an extremely stressful and emotional process especially as I don't live in the area. I can not praise Maurice, Joe and Patrick enough. They handled everything with such compassion and empathy. Nothing was to much trouble, despite my many questions. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, extremely reliable and professional. Maurice Kilbride is definitely in my opinion the best estate agent along with Joe and Patrick. I couldn't of asked for a better service from this friendly professional family run business. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

FacebookIve been renting properties through Maurice Kilbride for over 6 years and I cannot fault them, I have recently moved and the whole process was completely stress free from start to finish. Due to my old landlord selling the property Maurice found me my new place within days, he has always listened to my requirements and found me the perfect property. Catherine is new to the team but has been extremely thorough in all aspects with excellent communication and even Chris and Luke from the sales team have been aware of every stage. Thank you!!!! We got the keys to our new house last monday and we were so impressed with the friendly and efficient service we received all through the months leading up to our move. GoogleWe used Maurice Kilbride to help sell our property last year - they were sympathetic to our circumstances, fast in all aspects of the sale, from coming out to see us, taking pictures of the property, getting our property online and getting us viewings! The pictures they got of our property were stunning and really showed it’s full potential and size. We had updates on how things were progressing and as much support as we needed. Unfortunately with the uncertainty of the pandemic the first sale fell through, it was quickly relisted, both times the team at Maurice Kilbride got viewings and an offer fairly quickly after listing. GoogleI would like to say a great big thank you to Maurice for selling my late Mums house in Cheadle. My mum died in October so selling her house was an emotional and difficult time but Maurice, Patrick and Joe did it all for me. Not living in the area meant I was unable to do the viewings but it was all taken care for and Maurice kept me up to date at all times and even had to put up with me getting stressed reassuring me at all times. So it’s a great big thank you from myself and my sons and I’d recommend MK 100% to anyone that is thinking of selling

Can honestly say anytime we ever need anything at all they were the best estate agents we have ever had. GoogleNot recommended, Now let me write a review and see if it was fair, first of all cutting the grass doesn't cost £269 and as I already said the light switches were already in that state, the boiler was leaking again, the sink was leaking from the bottom, kitchen flooring was already ripped, windows were locked and we barely used the garage and I am still waiting for my deposit to be paid thats not good is it, the deposit should've been paid when I left the property which was 3 days earlier I left the property, iv been replying to all the email as they told me to and now its their turn to pay back the deposit they go quiet all of a sudden be fair at least il change my review when everything gets sorted

Can I ask why you have given us such a poor review, when we went out our way to secure the property you rented through us. The Let was not managed, but the property was not returned in an acceptable condition and the landlord insisted that deductions were made from the deposit, therefore I am not quite sure what we did wrong? Professional right to the end and always on our side, Maurice will bend over backwards to help you out. Communication was always excellent and he kept us up to date as well as our buyers. The team guided us not just with the selling of our house, but also the extremely troublesome purchase from another well-established estate agent who were basically taking us a for a ride! Maurice advised us and even spoke to our sellers estate agents to get things moving along which helped up get to where we are today. We can’t recommend MK & Co. enough! Thanks again!
