Good afternoon Alberto. Thank you for your time on the phone just now and I am very sorry for your inconvenience earlier today. I totally understand how frustrating that must have been. As discussed though and you acknowledged that you had now seen the e-mail Joe sent you at 9.15am, in between the two phone calls he made to you at 9.14am and 9.16am, which unfortunately you missed, but I am extrmely grateful for you hearing me to reconsidering the review you left. I would look to make a gesture of good faith and make a contribution towards the cost of your taxi fare as we feel bad about your wasted time and I will contact you offline to take that further. Good luck with your search for a property and we would very much like to help you with that search if we can.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
