I would highly highly recommend SW to sell your property for you. Having recently built several new houses in Bramhall I needed a forward thing agent who would go that extra mile to help generate interest and ultimately sell the houses. Ian and his team did exactly what they said they would do and more. High quality CGI’s (computer generated images) and an aerial and internal high quality drone were all commissioned which led to high interest in the houses and coupled with the sales team in the office they ensured that from offer being accepted they followed the process right through and kept me fully updated at all times and pushed the legals all the way right down the chain so all houses were legally completed promptly and stress free! I am already using them on my next development and will continue to do so

In the current market, getting a top quality estate agent is like finding a needle in a haystack. Maddison and the rest of the team at Snowdon Wilkinson are the whole set in South Manchester. We decided to go with Snowden Wilkinson to sell our property because of their great reputation and positive online reviews and we are so glad we did. For reasons outside of our control, we unfortunately experienced the chain collapsing twice but Snowden Wilkinson kept us feeling positive and motivated, and were quick to re-market our house with a full open day of viewings and the property sold quickly both times thanks to their hard work. There were complexities in the chain at the final stages and Snowden Wilkinson (Beth Robertson in particular) was on hand to push everything along and update us on the whole chain, at every step of the process. The house sale concerned was a probate sale for a property with planning permission for a considerable extension/ transformation. My sister and I moved to Snowden Wilkinson after three months with a “traditional” estate agent, which had not achieved a single viewing... We were immediately impressed with the friendly and personal approach, and in particular the proposed marketing strategy that was far from traditional, combining that of an estate agent and a creative/ design studio/ agency (the feel that you also get when in the office). The team and environment were always warm, friendly and welcoming. The innovative marketing encompassed not only an excellent aerial view from drone footage, but also included an excellent CGI view from the road of the finished/ building/ project and an even more impressive 3 dimensional model/ walkthrough with full 360 degrees movement. This included the complete project and its plot, including the proposed annex, and ground and first floor walk-throughs. All the viewers/ buyers had been properly screened and were fully aware of both the existing property and the planned potential, and a sale achieved relatively quickly with perfect buyers. A great estate agent with a great team.

I bought my property over a year ago from Snowden Wilkinson and honestly there is no one else I would consider using if I plan to sell my house in the future. They gave me more advise than the estate agents I was using to sell my house at my previous address. Considering I lived over 3 hours away at the time, it was Covid and numerous lockdowns, having regular communication was paramount and I was always left feeling reassured once I’d spoken to Lucy. Further more, I got in contact with them recently to value the house I had bought off them as we had a full renovation of the property and they were more than happy to help even though they knew I wasn’t planning to sell, as naturally to me I would see that as a waste of time otherwise but they never made me feel uncomfortable. Apologies for the length of the review but I have had gmail for over 5 years now and this is my first review 🤗 clearly well deserved and I felt their professionalism, politeness and helpful nature should be commended. We recently used Snowden Wilkinson Estate Agents to sell our home and the experience from start to finish was impeccable. The team, who are all local to the area, have so much knowledge and are the ultimate professionals. I personally dealt with Josh, Beth, Lucy and Ian throughout the process for different things and they were all amazing. If I am honest, I was a little clueless when it came to the entire process and I felt nothing but supported. I can only begin to imagine how stressful selling your home could be if your agents were not proactive, supportive, responsive and really friendly (like the ones our next house was on the market with!). I would only ever want to deal with such genuinely lovely professionals for such an important and emotional thing like selling your home, and for that reason I would 110% recommend Snowden Wilkinson.
