Here is my honest review of this company: a true 5-star agency. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. They made excellent use of modern marketing tools such as social media, video content, and targeted online advertising, which helped to reach a wide audience. Thanks to Snowden Wilkinson our lovely house got sold! The team kept in touch with us using all modes of communication including the personalized WhatsApp group. This ensured that there was always a member of the team available throughout the process. It was extremely helpful since we do not live in the UK. The team stuck with us even when things dragged on and no effort was spared when matters that are easy for people who live in the country got a bit complicated in our case. We chose Snowden Wilkinson Estate Agents to sell our house after having quotes from themselves and their nearby competitor. Josh spent an hour explaining the process to us and he even provided some information on a house we were interested in viewing. The competitor’s visit lasted ten minutes. The photos and video provided by Josh were excellent and made our house look really impressive, so much so we’d had a number of viewings in the first few days and subsequently three offers around and above the asking price. The rest of the team were also very professional and Madison and Lucy obviously did a great job in showing the potential buyers round the house and helped us successfully complete the sale.

Had the displeasure of speaking to both Mr Snowdon and Mr Wilkinson. Very lazy and unprofessional. For sales I would not touch them, because they try to undervalue your house for a quick sale. They do the same with valuing rent. Consider these last if you are trying to sell or rent out any of your properties. There may be others that are terrible in the area, but they are miles better than Snowdon Wilkinson. In the end they all use Right move. With Snowdon Wilkinson you don't need the extra garbage service.

We viewed a few of their properties before we found the one for us and Josh, who showed us around them, was super knowledgeable about every single one. They really know their stuff! Once we had our offer accepted, we felt in equally great hands with Madison. She was so proactive and pushed the purchase through within 4 weeks, which helped our young family more than she will know. She was friendly, professional and approachable throughout the process, and she was brilliant at keeping us updated at every stage. Highly recommended. A definite lesson in life that you get what you pay for. Lets face it, estate agents are not especially cheap when you sell your home. I had an empty property to sell and the prospect of paying bills on an empty house for 6 months really didn't appeal to me. I briefly shopped around for estate agents and in all honesty some were cheaper but in this case i thought the quality of service was more important to me than saving a few £. I had dealt with Snowden Wilkinson previously both renting a property out and when buying a property and had only good experiences with them so i decided they were the best people to find me a buyer and get a quick sale through. To my delight they found a buyer within 3 days and to my amazement they pushed the whole sale through within 4 weeks. This wasn't just good luck... they were amazing and were on top of the case every day making sure that everything was being done to ensure that the sale went through smoothly and quickly. A special mention to Maddison who took control of our sale and was brilliant at every stage. All the staff are amazing and professional. In the end i felt the fee was well worth it for the time and stress they saved me. Like i say, you get what you pay for and you may find someone cheaper out there but i promise you you wont find anyone better!
