Update: Alan, I have even offered to go to the shop you wanted to find what you want. Please be fair to my company and consider why you wanting a hardware shop and finding us warrants my business a 1 star. Deleting you comment causes further damage. Be fair please. Update: Since leaving this review Mr Kidd has now deleted the accompanying comment which was: He wanted the hardware shops (Snapes & Son) not the Estate Agent (us) so please bear this in mind with my reply below. We have the original comment screen captured for the avoidance of doubt. Hi Mr Kidd. Please forgive me for asking, but could you please remove the review and rating. The team and our business prides itself on customer care and support and even if we do get it wrong we will always look to put it right... however your review seems to be based on us not being the kind of shop you want us to be. I hope you can see how this is not that fair, however if you tell us what you want from the hardware shop, we could try to source the product at no additional cost to you and perhaps you could then rate us 5 stars?
