We recently sold our house with Snapes Cheadle Hulme and from start to finish, this team has been utterly superb. We have never had such great service with an estate agent before and are so grateful to everyone. A truly brilliant team. Firstly, the valuation visit by Lee was conducted with complete professionalism and thoughtful advice. Lee was helpful, clearly very experienced and never dismissive. He suggested an open day and everything was arranged quickly and smoothly using the Street app - which was fantastic! The open day went really well from start to finish and it was nice to leave it all to the team and head off on a day out. We received a list of bookings in the app and the team reported back promptly with full offer details via phone and the app. We received several offers and we were expertly guided through them all. Once underway, despite some issues lower down the chain that created delays, Sam was absolutely brilliant at every step. We were kept fully informed with kindness and helpful proactivity - nothing was too much trouble. When we hit delays due to Land Registry, she was reassuring, never made us feel like an inconvenience for checking in and went out of her way to chase solicitors and agents of all parties. Whenever Sam was out of office, Claire stepped in to support our case - and it was so clear that Sam had kept Claire really well informed. Claire was taking care of us on the day that exchange and completion was finally pushed over the line, and didn't falter in making sure things kept moving. All in all, despite the process taking so long (out of everyone's control), we were never once made to feel like a nuisance for checking in. Sam's regular contact and incredible patience, going over and above so many times, made everything so much easier. We've now relocated to Yorkshire - and our only regret is that we can't use Snapes again to purchase our next home. Thanks all, you're the best!

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Snapes from start to finish. Janine was a godsend throughout our property purchase via Snapes, always at the other end of an email or phone call and really pro-active with chasing up solicitors when needed. Really went above and beyond to keep our tricky purchase on track throughout and pushed through the exchange/ completion dates we'd requested with solicitors in the final hour. We don't plan on moving again any time in the near future but wouldn't go anywhere else if we did and have already recommended to friends!

Sold my house through Snapes and was the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Some members of staff were rude and abrasive. I often heard 'your buyers are under the impression' when queries were raised even though I had no such conversation with the buyers. It got to the stage where I wanted no contact with Snapes at all. One star because they did put the house on Rightmove.
