I never believed it works this way, i was very doubtful about Bitcoin and all other online trading , I decided to risk $600 with Mrs Elizabeth Bays, after I saw testimonies of people on how good she is but I was Very skeptical but she prove me wrong with my first trade and I'm so happy today, so I'm recommending her to everyone of you to invest with her and testify like me. GoogleAVOID! Awful company to deal with. Nothing but problems. Rodent issues in the kitchen not sorted for over 2 months… Until we threatened not to pay the rent. Toilets didn’t flush properly for the entirety of the tenancy. Black mould build-up in most rooms. We were told we had to wipe the walls down every other day. Ridiculous After countless calls and emails Sheila Bowers (lettings manager) did the bare minimum to resolve the issues. Ball-ache from start to finish

Thank you for sharing your concerns about your tenancy experience. We'd like to address the points you raised from our perspective. Regarding the rodent issues, a contractor was instructed as soon as the issue was raised, unfortunately, there was a delay due to the pest control contractor's health circumstances, which they explained and apologised for any frustration caused. Concerning the toilets, we attempted to send a contractor, but access was not given. We always aim to resolve maintenance promptly and rely on tenant cooperation to do so. Mould can often be prevented with proper ventilation. Having managed the property for several years without any issue of mould, we recommended wiping down the walls and ensuring the property was well-ventilated to prevent the mould from returning. We would never use ellis winters again and the rental service that they provide totally ripped us off ,invasive home visits every few months ,never again.

GoogleI would highly recommend Ellis Winters in Chatteris. I’ve been letting through them for the past couple of years and have just completed a purchase through them as a first time buyer. While renting the lettings team were professional and responsive and helped resolve any issues as soon as they could. My purchase process was quite lengthy, through no fault of anyone, but both sides of the team were very helpful throughout, keeping me updated as things moved along and were always happy to answer any questions in a way I could properly understand and offered support regarding the whole process, which let the process move as smoothly as possible and was much needed and appreciated as a first time buyer.
