I’ve been renting from Ellis Winters for a few years now. Tracie is kind & helpful she will resolve what needs to be done quickly and will help in the best way she can. I always feel confident and happy knowing this. I will always highly recommend Tracie & forever grateful to her with her support. Shelia, Toni are also warm & friendly who will help when needed again highly recommend.Never had much dealing with the sale side, however when I go in Jeanette, Michelle & Garry always welcome you in with a smile and how are you. Ellis winters are very lucky with the amazing team in Chatteris.

We have just recently completed a reasonably stressful move from out of the area, purchasing a property with Ellis Winters. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Charlotte did our original viewing and was very knowledgable about the property, only unable to answer one question which she found out from the vendors within a couple of hours! We did view another property with Terry who also was clued up and professional and friendly. Through the whole process, they kept us up to date with status updates from solicitors, taking it upon themselves to chase regularly and keep the chain moving. I would highly recommend purchasing through Ellis Winters - we mainly dealt with Terry who was fantastic through the whole process, but when dealing with other members of the team, they were also highly professional - GREAT COMPANY!

I recently sold a house in doddington through Ellis Winters. Garry was a star with selling the property . I had given up after the house had previously been on the market with 2 other estate agents and I wasn’t getting the viewings or feedback. However when Ellis Winters took the house on I had regular viewings and always received feedback . Garry worked with us to appeal the property to the right kind of buyer and found someone that fell in love with house for the same reason I did when I originally brought it . During the process leading up to exchange there was some hold ups due to the house I was buying . Jan was great chasing up my solicitors. The only thing I would do differently next time is possibly use different solicitors rather than the recommended one as I felt the solicitor communication was a bit vague at time. But overall I would recommend Ellis Winter’s especially if you have a house that has been stuck on the market for some time . Thanks all

From the very first meeting with Jeanette, Ellis Winters were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the sale of our house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and on completion day they even invited us (including the dog) into the office to wait as there was a delay from solicitors and made us tea.
