She goes above and beyond her job role, always responds quickly and really takes away so much of the stress that comes with Selling/Buying a house. I couldn’t recommend her more!!! It is my first time that I am using an agency to rent a property, and they have helped in every way possible making the process as easy as possible. FacebookI found Walderslade Haarts to be a breath of fresh air, no empty promises, no false hopes, just straight down the line honest and up front people. James King valued my property fairly and took wonderful photos (all included in the price, no hidden extras), Zoe and Sarah in the office handled all of my viewings which made the process so much easier and aliviated any stress. Every member of the team was friendly and yet very professional, rare to genuinely have these traits. Because of the good marketing and speed in getting my property online I was very pleased to be accepting an offer just 2 weeks after signing up with Haarts, very enjoyable to work with such a dedicated team who work with you right up to completion, so lovely to not be passed onto an after sales team who you have no relationship with, really feels like the people you sign up with are there every step of the way until you move. Definitely recommend and would definitely use their services again, you get what you pay for.

FacebookWhen I decided to sell my maisonette I went to Haarts Walderslade after having been found good tenants when I was letting out property. The staff are, as always, friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in the customer needs. Zoe has done an amazing job of getting me the best price for my place, exceeding my expectations. As with almost any property transaction there have been hiccups (on the photography side - just minor) but everything has been dealt with promptly and effectively. I do believe the measure of a good company is not that they never make any sort of mistake, but the way they deal with it; The team at Haart Walderslade match my idea of a good company, always striving to improve the customer experience.

James has helped provide me with all the information I need to get the best deal and has been there for me from start to finish.
