Of the many branches & people I work with, I can tell when a team are great at what they do. Ria who has recently taken over as branch manager is a great operator. She is extermely well organised and really makes sure she deliveres for her landlords, tenants, suppliers and her team. Toni and Maddie have both dealt with letting my property, they both made the whole process from start to finish so refreshingly easy. I found Walderslade Haarts to be a breath of fresh air, no empty promises, no false hopes, just straight down the line honest and up front people. James King valued my property fairly and took wonderful photos (all included in the price, no hidden extras), Zoe and Sarah in the office handled all of my viewings which made the process so much easier and aliviated any stress. Every member of the team was friendly and yet very professional, rare to genuinely have these traits. Because of the good marketing and speed in getting my property online I was very pleased to be accepting an offer just 2 weeks after signing up with Haarts, very enjoyable to work with such a dedicated team who work with you right up to completion, so lovely to not be passed onto an after sales team who you have no relationship with, really feels like the people you sign up with are there every step of the way until you move. Definitely recommend and would definitely use their services again, you get what you pay for.

I would never ever recommend using them as a Letting Agent. I have been shown total disrespect and contempt this week, in fact its left me feeling rather sick, frustrated and has caused emotional distress. I will be contacting ARLA and voicing my concerns, shame really.. as i have rated them 5* in the past. They used to compassionate, sympathetic and caring with previous staff
