Dave, Tina and the whole Chariots team are so helpful, reassuring and informative.We moved house after 35 years to downsize after the children had grown up, moved out into their own homes.We hadn't got a clue about selling or buying after over 3 decades, its changed so much but, every enquiry I had, every stressful hickup in the process, they were there to explain and reassure. If you want an Estate agent with that personal touch, that will help you step by step through the whole process, then Chariots are the ones you need.

Chariot Estates were extremeley helpful when it came to advertising and selling my elderly Mother's house. All of the staff at this estate agent have an approach that is both professional and friendly and the advice that they gave to us ensured a very satisfactory sale. In fact we never actually met the purchaser, because all of the viewings were handled by Chariot Estates on our behalf and this made the whole process so much easier for my Mother and for me. Based on this experience, I fully intend to use their services again when I come to sell my own property and would recommend anyone else to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

When I decided to sell my home I was fortunate to have the flexibility of where to move too, Chariot not only sold my home within two days but also found a perfect home for our family. I was kept informed of the progress throughout up to completion and our moving day. Thank you all again, will definitely recommend.

I find Chariots Estate Agents very approachable, they are helpful and always available to chase up various documents to ensure the speedy completion of a sale. I would recommend them to family and friends as a good agent to buy and sell your property, they have an excellent local knowledge of the market and they price the property at the correct level to sell. We have looked into the case and there is no evidence of favourtism towards the landlord as the case was sent to an independent deposit dispute company who then decided the outcome.
