Landlord support

I was new to being a landlord and was recommended to use Chariot Estates by a friend and I can fully understand why. They have helped and guided me throughout the process from advertising the property, finding tenants and today supported me with renewing a tenancy agreement. I would also highly recommend them, nothing is too much trouble whether you phone, email or pop into the office. A professional and friendly service.

So far, it has been hard work with this firm of Agents; it took 4 calls for the phone to be answered. A viewing was booked and the details of the property promised to be emailed me. Over two hours later, the information still has not arrived. I trust this firm of Agents will take better care of their Sellers/Vendors as they need to improve on the Purchaser's side.

Recently sold my house with Chariot, despite the house sale being legally complicated, the team at Chariot were fantastic, they would keep me updated regularly and check in with both sides solicitors and the buyers and keep everybody aware of the process. Whenever you would call the office, they knew exactly who you were and where your sale was and it felt personal and felt genuinely caring. Would 100% recommend !! Thank you

Great family run property agency

I have been dealing with Chariot estates for many years now so have been fortunate enough to experience buying through them, having their help with my rental properties and also selling through them as well, and I can safely say that they are fantastic at all 3.They are an exceptionally knowledgable team and are always there to help when you need them, nothing is too much trouble for them and how they actually care is always visible.I have had experience with many of the local agents and in my opinion their customer service tops them all so I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a top class agent in and around the Burntwood area.

They have been great start to finish, I have only dealt with Tina face to face and she is 100% the heart and soul of this company. I have dealt with others over the phone and over email and has been brilliant, professional but yet personable! This was the fourth house I have bought through Chariot’s and although there were problems on the sellers end, I was kept in the loop by regular phone calls and emails with any updates that were happening. Lovely friendly staff too. Nothing is too much trouble, highly recommend!
