Really honest and helpful

Really honest and helpful. From contacting them to evaluation, marketing and sale we could not fault them at any step in the process. Super efficient and managed the chain we were in and got the sale pushed through to completion. We had previously used another agent and got absolutely nowhere, but the moment Chariots were engaged it all fell into place as they did the hard work for us and never once took their eye off the ball. Highly recommend!

I walked into Chariot Estates…

I walked into Chariot Estates not really knowing how to go about selling a house and feeling a bit lost. I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was told they could come out to value it the same day. Very quickly the viewings started and within 6 weeks (summer school holidays) we had accepted an offer. I found the whole process very easy with the help of the Chariots staff. They were very attentive and kept us up to date every step of the way. Thank you!

No respect for tentants

Whilst landlords are evicting tenants through no fault of their own. I have found for chariots staff to be extremely hostile and demanding with unreasonable requests. Wanting me to help with the sale of the property. They wanted to do a moving out assessment on the day of moving to unfairly deduct deposit money, whilst this was resolved at the time if a complaint was not raised I very much believe they would have carried through with this. Not only this, not one member of staff asked where I would be moving to even to have forwarding address on file. The only person who delivered this news with a bit of compassion was Dave.

Chariots dealt with the sale of my late parent’s house. I mainly dealt with Dave who was handling the sale and he was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful throughout the whole process replying to me quickly, giving me advice and keeping me informed. Also Kim and Tina who assisted if Dave wasn’t available, again were extremely helpful and supportive. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish of placing my property on the market. Came out, did the pictures and measurements, within half hour the property was on the internet ten mins later had 4 viewings booked in for next day. All vendors turned up and next day received 3 offers and accepted an offer. Excellent! We dealt with Chariot estates as buyers of a property and honestly could not recommend them more. So far, it has been hard work with this firm of Agents; it took 4 calls for the phone to be answered. A viewing was booked and the details of the property promised to be emailed me. Over two hours later, the information still has not arrived. I trust this firm of Agents will take better care of their Sellers/Vendors as they need to improve on the Purchaser's side.
