GoogleCouldn't compare the service we recieved. Sally Hatcher was from the very start knowledgeable about the house and the neighbourhood surrounding that we went to view. They kept us in touch every step of the way and helped us with any Queries that we had during the process. Once everything had gone through they gave us a warm welcome to the neighbourhood and a beautiful house welcoming gift. A special thankyou to Ben who we can't thank enough. Thankyou to all the Team.

GoogleRented a beautiful flat in Canterbury through them for 2 years. Have no complaints. They were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole rental. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently. When they arranged for the property inspections they were really considerate to fit it around when was good for us. Just really great customer service. 👍

GoogleI'm very happy with the service. Sally, Dean and John were all very helpful every time I spoke to them. I had some difficulty finding a property as I have been living and working abroad for many years, so the landlord reference was difficult to obtain. Sally Hatcher were very sympathetic and understanding about this situation and they helped me to find a solution around it. Most, but not all, other estate agents just don't give a damn about such things. I've learnt that the estate agent themselves can be just as important as the property. From my experience this estate agent are great and have nice properties. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent, very quick response times and procured a property that was actually larger than photos suggested. Disliked the mobile app needed to use but being able to get from a veiwing either a move in a week, or the preferable month and a week was very smooth. Local, comfortable company and the type of company you want helping you out with moving situations being quite stressful and sudden.

We purchased our first ever home and during the process we encountered many obstacles. Ben from Sally Hatcher Estates was there for us on every step to support us, to chase up the case but mostly to solve problems. If not him probably we wouldn’t succeed in purchasing the property. He is reliable, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and also, considerate. We were welcomed in our home by a bunch of flowers and a hand written card which was very touching. If you ever need an estate agent to handle your affairs ask for Ben, you will be more than grateful to work with him!

Used this letting agency in 2020 and they were so good, especially with COVID going on. Dean was a shining star and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. Any issues resolved promptly with utmost care. Considerate and attentive follow-up always much appreciated. Two student tenancies followed by another two professional tenancies. Couldn't be happier. Sally Hatcher and her team (Emma and Dean) are absolutely marvellous in their job. Sally herself is most warm, helpful and professional. She had found the right house for my family (including our cat) before we relocated from overseas. Not totally without hiccups during the 1-year tenancy, but the issues were mostly tackled with by her team effectively. Would therefore highly recommend Sally Hatcher.
