Worst experience of my entire life, since Tilia homes have taken over! They promise you the word and do not follow through. My only advice to you all is DO NOT purchase a new build property from Tilia homes.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They block you phones numbers, threaten you, lie and be resist if you need help with the home after they have messed up! DO NOT BUY HOME WITH THEM JUST BUY IF YOU WANT HAVE TROUBLE AFTER THE TROUBLE WITH NO HELP!

We bought our home with Kier at first that has now been bought out by Tilia and the state of our development since they have taken over is absolutely horrendous! Would never buy a home from these cowboys!! 5 years and multiple promises and our development is not complete and is now a complete mess that these people have control. DO NOT GO NEAR

Absolutely disgusting treatment fromtilia homes in Darwen. No communication, countless delays with no real answers or apologies just get fobbed off. Talk to people like dirt, never fix any snagging issues despite constantly asking for it to be sorted. Residents already gone to the press about their issues and I will be doing the same! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I used to work for this company (when it was Kier homes) as a forklift driver. Upon my time working there I was bullied, harassed, threatened on numerous occasions. It was a horrible experience.

Constant delays and empty promises about completion dates, Apparently due to them not paying their contractors and directors are not interested in helping customers with their concerns. We and so many other customers having to move into rented accommodation while the dates keep getting pushed further and further back. Avoid at all costs.
