GoogleOnly leaving one star as I can't leave a zero. They need to be professional and honest in their dealings with tenants. Communication throughout the tenancy was poor at best. Withholding monies under false pretenses at the end of tenancy is wrong on every level but sadly all too common in this industry. Failing to follow procedures when letting properties and ignoring emails when asked to explain and correct matters means they fit the stereotypical description of a bad estate agent. 😡NegativeProfessionalism
