✅ Professional and knowledgeable ✅ Speedy and efficient ✅ Supportive local team If it was not for Saville Andrew’s in Chard, we genuinely would not be here. We were all signed up to a house in Axminster, but the chain unfortunately collapsed at the last minute. At the same time, we had already signed the lease for Health and Remedy, leaving us with nowhere to live and a very stressful situation. Luckily, we found a property and explained everything to Gary and his team. They completely understood and worked incredibly hard to help us complete in a time frame that worked for us. The whole team were professional, fast and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We could not have asked for better support.

When I decided to sell my property through Saville Andrews also Chloe was very knowledgeable of current market values in the area , she used the latest technology to take images of my property . She kept me updated every step of the way through the viewings to my offer , to completion , recommended me the best ever conveyancer! Excellent experience viewing a rental property today. Phone was answered quickly to arrange the viewing and received a reminder text with details of location. Had a little trouble finding the property so called the office who were very helpful. A lovely, friendly agent showed us around, the property was lovely and well maintained. Horrible Experience as a Tennant

We rented a house in Taunton from SavillAndrews estate agents in Chard. It has been absolutely awfully; they have claimed it was cleaned. Hairs were present in the shower and sink, and human waste left on the toilet which we have had to clean up. Aerial cables left chopped, plumbing done incorrectly that it would wreck tenant white goods and our second night the kitchen was flooded draining the sink. They take no accountability for the condition, shocking with respect to hygiene - and simply implied we need only to leave it in the same condition. No desire to resolve issues. I have been both a tenant, owner and landlord - I have never had such a horrible experience entering into a new home.

Not great. "Lost" my electrical cert for the property I rent 2 years, then found it, then "lost" it again so needed to redo the cert. They didn't give me a copy, as they are legally required to do. And now, without my permission or even notifying me they have moved my deposit to a different company. Now it's me having to jump through hoops to set up with a new deposit holding company (who's instructions don't actually work). I'm sure there's some legal requirements to this, I can't imagine they can legally move MY money around without my consent. No electrical cert, moving my money around without my consent. Maybe a call to a solicitors is needed!
