GoogleI also sold my property through Paul Fenton Estate Agents early in March and did not complete on new build property until October so they handled both expertly. Not to mention the delays with the new build due to covid they went above and beyond with their support and communications during the whole process. I would have no issue with recommending them to friends and family and using their services in the future.

A suitable referenced tenant was found quickly and I receive the monthly rent with little or no input. Any issues are resolved by their maintenance team and the cost for these reactive repairs is always competitive. GoogleTerrible service. Tried to arrange to view a property in Axminister, which needed to be on a specific day as we were travelling from Bristol, all staff too busy. Alex, whom I spoke to, rude & discourteous. Bet the sellers wouldn’t be happy, especially as are cash buyers.
Hi Deb, thanks for getting in touch again it was a shame you cut our call so short. I am sorry we already had appointments booked on other properties on the day and time you requested so we could not physically accommodate your viewing. The property is empty and the owner is not local so we couldn’t ask them to accommodate it either. I appreciated you have a journey to make and have a restricted time to view but we also have commitments to the other viewings already booked. When I tried to suggest alternative dates and times you made it clear this would not suit you so I am not sure what else can be expected of me? I do not believe I was rude to you at anytime having listened to our conversation back again as it was recorded via Rightmove. Kind regards Alex

Even when trying to sell in a slow moving market, their enthusiasm and passion to help us to sell and move into our dream home never faulted.
