GoogleThey were fantastic from the outset. They handled my property as a letting and also when I went on to sell. As an overseas landlord, Cat kept in contact and always had advice when needed. Alex did a fantastic job of selling my house and whenever I was worried, I could email and he would help. They were understanding of the time difference and I couldn’t recommend them more. Big thanks to Alex, Cat and the team!

GoogleBoth Emma and Alex were really supportive throughout our purchase. Firstly with the initial contact with the building contractor and at the end just before completion. They kept us informed at each stage, when they received an update on timescales etc. I would recommend Fentons and would definitely consider them if we were to market the house.

GoogleMy father had to leave his house & be moved into a care home near to me some 250 miles away, so I had to "distance sell" his home for him. This was challenging considering the distance apart. I had limited time to arrange everything, trying to use my trips down to his home as effectively as possible. Not really knowing the area, I chose Paul Fenton as his estate agent based on reviews I had looked at. After meeting Emma at dad's home, I had no reason to need to approach any other agents. I was always kept up to speed by Emma & they went out of their way to help with other related things I needed help with which saved me a lot of time & hassle...and driving! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Fenton Estate Agents!
