I unreservedly recommend GTH Chard for the sale of your property. We have received outstanding support, advice and service from them throughout the sale process. James, Geraldine and Fiona form a brilliant team. In addition to being very approachable, friendly and down to earth in their manner, they are exceptionally proactive and hardworking, they always have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, they ooze experience and have extensive knowledge of the local area. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Moreover, reassuringly, when there is a problem, the office phone is always answered during working hours!

Greenslade Taylor Hunt in Taunton have been absolutely amazing in their help and support.Especially Bill Cosgrove. I have never experienced buying and selling a house before and was totally confused by it all and the holdups that were happening.If it hadn’t been for Bill I would have really struggled.I hope he knows how very very grateful I am to him for his support and encouragement to myself. GTH are useless.

GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.

With so many bad estate agents out there I feel like when you come across a decent one they deserve praise. GTH were great throughout our purchase. Bill (William Cosgrove) in particular pulled out all the stops to get us across the line in what proved a problematic chain.
