We've been absolutely thrilled with how Your Move Chapeltown have dealt with the sale of our house. They weren't the cheapest, but having dealt with a number of other estate agents whilst looking to purchase, they stand out as the most proactive and enthusiastic of all the agents we've dealt with. They keep you updated, to the point I don't think I've had to chase them once about anything, and are always super happy and cheerful to speak to. They're also very thorough in vetting prospective buyers. Most importantly, we had a sale agreed in under 2 weeks above asking price! Many thanks to Sophie and her fantastic team!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, we felt very much in safe hands buying our first home with Your Move. Stephen and Vickie are really friendly and approachable people who will go above and beyond to make sure things run as smoothly and quickly as possible. Communication was always great, We were always kept up to date throughout the process and they helped with any questions we had. Stephen was very patient and took the time to explain things we didn’t first understand, and was always trying to get us the best deals to suit us. Vickie was always on the ball looking out for houses she thought we may be interested in, she did an amazing job as the first house we viewed we fell in love with and got it at a price we were happy with. Had a viewing booked for today at 11am which has been booked in since last Saturday. We expressed that we were really interested in the property and on Thursday 18th July noticed it was no longer online. We did not receive a phone call advising that the property had been taken and had to call the office this morning to confirm ourselves. Not very good customer service as if we hadn't noticed I'm sure we would have wasted our time attending the viewing for no one to turn up.
