GoogleCalled to view property . No show and didnt bothered to pick the phone aswell . Have some shame in your self guys as people could be spending there whole day for property viewing and you choose not to even show up . Disgracefull and highly unproffesional

GoogleDid not do end tendency check on previous tenant. Rented a house via Video viewing (normal). But the state the house was on the day the keys were given was poor. Have not helped to resolve the situation. Since renting, a free two years, the new staff are much more helpful. Review changed from 1* to 4*

GoogleI can't thank Your Move in Chapeltown enough for all of their help during our recent house purchase. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful from start to finish! Never missed a call, never missed an email (and I sent a lot of those, sorry!...) We were kept up to date on, almost a daily basis throughout the process, they were always happy to chase the relevant people for the answers to any questions we had, and always came back with the answers. Equally they didn't hesitate to contact us if they needed an answer, meaning the process kept moving forward. And despite parts of our purchase taking longer than expected, (not Your Move's fault) They were always happy to assist and made the experience buying our first home a happy one. GoogleWe saw a property, got the mortgage through their mortgage advisor who got us a mortgage sorted straight away and we moved in, within 12 weeks. We went with their solicitors Taylor Emmet who were very quick and easy to contact. Perhaps a little more expensive than some but I can say they were very good. We didn’t have a property to sell so can’t comment on the selling aspect, but Vicky helped us get the property we wanted knowing that we had limited options with a low budget and a very particular location in mind. Thank you rightmove for helping us.

GoogleWe're in the process of listing a place for sale with Your Move in Chapeltown. Early days yet but so far we've been impressed by the speed to action and thoughtful advice, including more than one way to approach the sale. To cap that doing business with Gemma, our main contact in the branch, is a delight - it's great when business 'phone calls don't feel like a chore.

FacebookAbsolutely terrible customer service, ignored emails, I have been promised a call back regarding my contract with them several times by the actual manager! Wouldn’t be as bad if I wasn’t paying for their‘service’ I would leave but they want to charge me £500 for the pleasure. Terrible do not use if you are thinking of selling or letting a property.
