GoogleAll the staff were very helpful, and communication was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately 3 chains collapsed during our process but each time the staff obtained interest and viewings resumed quickly. We were kept informed at every stage.

I had a very stressful and bad experience with Spark Ellison when renting a house from them. At the beginning everything seems fine until we checked out the house. We were pushed to use their cleaning agent and received very poor service, irresponsible and lack of transparency, poor inventory check out report. I had to raise dispute via TDS to get back my deposit and experienced lots of stress dealing with them.
Hi Can I please ask if the inventory was carried out by Hampshire Inventory Services? I have recently vacated a property from Sparks Ellison and they used the same company for the check out report as they did to do the cleaning which is a massive conflict of interest. I’m going through the process of disputing it through tds but this company shouldn’t be able to keep causing this much stress to tenants!

Sold and bought with sparks Ellison! Amazing service can’t fault them !!! We mostly dealt with an agent called Frazier whose knowledge and professionalism was second to none. He really got on board and listened to what we were after (our must haves in the property ) which ultimately led to him finding our dream home ! In regards to selling - it was so straight forward . Viewings booked together to reduce interruption which was a godsend especially with having 2 young children. They kept us informed every step of the way . Couldn’t have asked for more .
