FacebookHaving not sold a house for many years, this year I found myself in... the position of having to sell my mother's house, the house that had been our family home for over 40 years. Finding and engaging the services of Rodgers Estate Agents was a blessing. From the moment I met Philip Hunter he put me at ease, outlining my options regarding letting, refurbishing or selling the property, and was sincere, honest and full of empathy. Rodgers marketed the house in March, secured a buyer in April, and ensured the sale ran as smoothly as possible - yes, there were a couple of the dreaded glitches from 'the other side', but Philip dealt with them firmly and expertly, keeping the sale on track and ensuring a satisfactory sale. He stayed in constant touch throughout, keeping me informed at all stages, and I felt very satisfied that the whole process was held in such experienced hands. I highly recommend Rodgers - they know the market well, and provide a great service.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Rodgers and Philip Hunter knows his onions. He also shares my view of tardy solicitors so is prepared to apply pressure when required. He gave BS free advice, found a buyer, sold the house rapidly and answered my calls when needed. What more can you ask? Highly recommended.

GoogleJust had a reminder of our completion date, which brought back memories of the journey we went through to purchase our house. We had numerous problems with another local estate agent but, once we found our house through Rodgers, the process couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn't use any other estate agent to sell through in the future.
