Philip Hunter and his fantastic team (the other Philip) sold my house for over asking price in Chalfont St Peter in June. I couldn’t recommend him enough. From having 4 agents value the house, Philip was the one who was open and transparent about market challenges how to go about the best sales strategy in these conditions. Maybe it’s the more than 30 years experience that has honed his open, reassuring and no nonsense approach. The sale process itself was frictionless, made so from Philip’s consistent, always on approach. I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour for a response day or night. If you are selling or buying in CSP area I couldn’t recommend enough.

Had a valuation done on our house which was very helpful as we are planning on moving. Philip was friendly, professional and gave good advice. Will definitely be using The Rogers Partnership when we sell. We put our house on the market in April 2023 and despite a difficult time for selling houses Philip did an amazing job and found us a buyer. He was extremely helpful in dealing not only with our buyer but also with the estate agents of the house that we were buying which resulted in our move in mid December. Excellent professional Service! Philip was super helpful in guiding us through the process of selling our home. Both Philip and Rosie did a great job in keeping us informed and the communication was first rate which helped our peace of mind. There were a few moments of worry following the mini budget changes by the government, however it felt like Philip was on our team and reassured us during that stage of the process (and our buyers said they also felt the same!) to get clear advice and keep us informed of how things were progressing. We found a property through Rodgers in Harefield and really like the property, it was the one we were looking for and we were told to pay £150.00 holding and £54.00 for referencing. All went well, till I was asked where I was working. I told the Rodgers I'm working for an Agency and have placed me with a housing association and been working for them for this particular over 4 years non-stop and always had a job and always paid my rent on time without failure. Rodgers told us we have passed the referencing but the landlord is uneasy about me working for an Agency! Why is the landlord is uneasy about people working for an Agency? These days people work different methods some people work part time some zero hour contract but there are no more jobs for life! I have asked Rodger, if they can provide me with landlord's details so I can take him/her to small claims court to claim back my £108.00 but they said we can't give you their details. As often happens, our move did not run smoothly and after a false start we called in Rodgers to help us get things back on track. Philip Hunter at Rodgers provided an extremely professional service from the beginning of the process to the end. He secured a high level of interest in our property very quickly and advised on the best buyers to go with based on their position and the likelihood of a quick and simple sale. Philip was always on hand to give advice and proactive in liaising with the other agents, buyers and solicitors to ensure the sale went through successfully. I have moved three times and used four estate agents and Rodgers was by far the best in terms of their advice, experience, knowledge of the local area and professionalism.
