GoogleOne of the worst experiences in my life. If i could rate them 0, I would. The agency is completely incompetent, not knowing how to deal with any problems (no matter how serious) in any other way then simply ignoring them. Unresponsive, unreliable, ignorant - if you don't want more problems in your life, stay away from CBW.

GoogleCBW rarely respond to emails, the customer service is shocking, to the point I've been in tears, and there is incorrect errors on the system that implies people haven't paid rent for a particular month when that's not the case.

Google100% agree with the other reviews from a year ago, save yourself some stress and go with anyone else!! - can’t even reply to a simple email

CBW really treat their tenants badly. They don't care about the tenants, only their wages every month. I've never jad such an awful agency

GoogleDealing with this company made me lose faith in humanity. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude liars. They will say anything to get you out of the office, when you report a problem. If I could give 0 stars, I would.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookThe worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with. They are rude, they lie to your face, they fail to deliver on the most basic of requests. I truly cannot recommend that you stay away from this company more.
