GoogleRented a property for a weekend from them, one of our party spent all night stuck in his room because the door wouldn't open, he was a cancer sufferer and I felt so bad about it, I approached this company for some sort of recompence for him they agreed a token to spend in the town which I thought would be nice, they have since reneged on it and will not reply to any messages.
Very untrustworthy company will never cross paths with them again please steer clear of them..
UPDATE The company have approached me it seems there have been some communication issues but im glad to say it has been resolved now, many thanks to them 👌

GoogleI have known Chris and CBW for almost 5 years, first as my letting agency, during which time my property had two different tenants. CBW made my life much easier, and their advice, support and knowledge proved invaluable.A good, solid service which as a novice landlord gave me graet comfort and confidence.
When the property became vacant this year, I decided to sell.
I chose CBW as my Estate Agent. I have no regrets, and Chris was again excellent, and steered me away from making one or two expensive mistakes. My property was sold last week.

GoogleSave yourself and DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!
- the agency repeatedly broke the contract by allowing random people to enter my flat without notice on at least 8 separate occasions.
- On one of those visits the people were meant to clean the patio and broke my large glass table. Later on when I ask for a reimbursement for the broken table. I sent an email every week for a month. I was later told that they didn’t send anybody in and the people in the flat were intruders. (Obvious lie). It took them over a month to respond as well. I never got an reimbursement and they basically made it seem like the table never existed and the people in my flat that supposedly were sent by the landlord were images of my imagination.
- The “intruders” must have been sent by the agency or landlord they wouldn’t knock and open the door with their own key. They did not care about letting us know in advance. The people that came by never stole anything they were there on a job to do something so must have been sent by them cause I never paid for any work to be done there.
- Unprofessional and rude staff especially Chris.
- Staff NEVER replies to emails. When I called them they would always request to just send them an email to which they never replied or replied after literally months!
- Very Mouldy and disgusting wall papers and bathroom.

GoogleSo Chris is a nice guy, I'm not debating that in fact all the staff are kind and polite but it took 8 months to replace an oven in a house with two kids which is just too long. Further more when we moved out we heard nothing from anyone after our last day of tenancy forcing us to go through the deposit protection scheme to get our deposit back. Issues such as malfunctioning electrics and pets issues where not taken very seriously so I cant in all honestly recommend CBW there are far more proficient estate agents in the area.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've been with CBW for three and a half years. I've had leaks in my ceiling I've had issues from my own flat into downstairs. Every member of staff I've had to contact have always been polite and helpful and extremely efficient in making sure my flat is habitable. I mention the leaks because my building is an old one and not everything can stand the test of time. It does not change the fact that I encourage people who are looking for homes to look with them. They have old buildings and new ones.
I know that when I decide to move to a bigger place that they will aid me in finding a place suitable for my needs and within my budget. Every single member of staff I have dealt with have been friendly honest and efficient. The four star rating is because perfection is hard to achieve if not impossible. In my experience they have listened to their tennants and strived to make sure any issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Googlewhat can i say about this company, i live in llandrindod wells and most of the private landlord are selling up before the new rules come in to place in December, these new rules will extent no fault evictions from 2 months to 6 months, and this company is buying up most the properties kick out the current tenant with only a months notice or even less i might add, putting the rentals up so that the people of this town cannot afford to live there, and has for pet friendly that is a load of tripe, if you have a pet and you are facing eviction for no fault of your own you have 2 options re home your pet or get a tent and live on the streets, which is what most of people in llandrindod is doing.
