Professional and Friendly Team

CBP handled our house sale professionally and efficiently. They took good and numerous photographs of the property as well as a video to show potential buyers the gardens surrounding it. They were positive in their approach and communicated well with us throughout the sale process. They responded to any questions we had very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. So glad that we chose Helen and Tania to help us sell Mum’s bungalow in Aberporth. We live several hours away and it was great to be able to rely on such a professional firm. Great marketing of the property with lots of beautiful photos and a fantastic video walk through on the website generated lots of interest. They arranged accompanied viewings of the empty house, achieved our asking price. Once our sale was agreed, the process was taken over by Emma Alben at Prime Progession, who was outstanding at communicating with us, and leading us through the process which can be stressful at times. The two women who run Cardigan Bay Properties are truly amazing!. I cannot rate them high enough with them providing an outstanding service from start to finish. Every email or telephone call was answered immediately and on the rare occasion the telephone went to a messaging service I soon had a call back.
