Their clear sound advice and no nonsense common sense approach made a difficult process very easy. From the initial viewing and listing I was kept updated with all aspects of the sale. The comprehensive and detailed listing complete with photographs was truly outstanding. Both Helen and Tania were easy to deal with and they are very knowledgeable, I will say that as a customer I felt fully informed and updated all through the process. Every time they said they would find out and get back to me, they did . This is very important to me. Even though they are a relatively new company they have a wealth of experience, which is evident when you meet them . GoogleBoth myself and my fiancé cannot rate Cardigan Bay Properties highly enough!! Helen and Tania went above and beyond to help us purchase our first house. They happily answered any questions quickly (and as nervy first time buyers, there were LOTS of questions to answer!). Helen fought our corner, kept on at slow solicitors on our behalf and even picked up the slack when the solicitors dragged their feet. From start to finish their communication was excellent, all information provided was clear and easy to understand - and just generally they made the process a little less scary!

This company will tell you upfront any potential issues ,to save wasting people’s time and we noticed was also very considerate of vendors as well as purchasers. They seem to really care about finding you the right house not just making a sale. Our experiences with Cardigan Bay Properties were positive from the very outset; from the initial valuation visit to the end of the process we always felt that our house sale was dealt with in a professional, yet friendly, manner. One aspect my Husband and I particularly found helpful was the efficient, but also relaxed, manner in which the viewings were conducted. The same person showed prospective buyers around our home and garden on all four occasions and did so in a knowledgeable style that felt unobtrusive. Needless to say, this was obviously a success as I am now writing this review a week before we complete on the sale of our property and our ongoing purchase. Our contact with the Cardigan Bay office was efficient and timely, they constantly kept us up to date with developments, liaising with our on going property Estate Agents ( who, it's got to be said, could learn a few lessons from how Cardigan Bay Properties function). In all, we are now at the end of our house move journey - almost - but couldn't have got there without them!

GoogleHaving become a bit disillusioned with estate agents in Wales after trying to buy a property for a year, Cardigan Bay Properties were a breath of fresh air. They were keen to do viewings, they had all the relevant information about the properties and they were lovely to deal with. Once we'd made an offer, they followed up and facilitated the whole buying process so that it went smoothly. Hopefully we won't move house again for a long time but when we do, we wouldn't even consider using anyone but Cardigan Bay Properties to sell our house.

GoogleFrom the first interaction I found CBP warm, professional and easy to engage with. I spoke to a few agents in the area but feel CBP are head and shoulders above the competition. They’re very current in their thinking and know their customers, both sellers and buyers. The advice I received was reassuring and helpful. Once our sale was agreed, the process was taken over by Emma Alben at Prime Progession, who was outstanding at communicating with us, and leading us through the process which can be stressful at times. I would highly recommend CBP and am, in fact, employing their services again for the sale of my fathers property.
