GoogleWe would like to say a huge thank you to Aled and Michelle and the team at Aled Ellis. Despite the current challenging situation they have supported us in the purchase of our dream home, providing great communication with the vendors and solicitors to deliver a quick turnaround. First class service from a quality estate agency that understands the importance of the personal aspects of buying a home.

GoogleI recently sold my seafront apartment through Aled Ellis in Aberystwyth and dealt with Michelle. She came through a recommendation and I can say she certainly delivered. By far the best, most attentive, responsive, professional estate agents I have dealt with in the area and would use again.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Aled Ellis, and when things got difficult on completion day and we were left technically homeless after relocating from Manchester, Michelle did everything in her power to get the issues resolved and get us into our new home as soon as possible. Throughout the process she was so helpful and knowledgable, it was a difficult and slow process with several setbacks along the way, but we knew we were in safe hands!

GoogleIf we could give more than 5 stars we would. The advertising was excellent. Well done to Michelle for her brilliant photographic skills. We particularly liked the drone pictures. Aled and the entire company kept us informed during what turned into a very protracted sale and offered sound advice and, often, just a friendly ear. We have bought and sold properties several times in the past and never, ever had such fantastic agents. They went over and above, often getting in touch well after office hours, to enable this sale to progress. We cannot thank them enough.

GoogleThe whole team at Aled Ellis couldn't have been more helpful. From the valuation all the way through to completion and exchange they were very mindful of my parents ill health, and the need to work around their requirements. The friendly and professional staff were all unfailingly helpful, no matter what query we had. The viewings were carried out with minimal disruption to any of us, and we were kept informed at all stages. Any communication with the buyers was managed well through them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleVery professional. Bring bilingual service is a great advantage. Very Helpful staff. Mr Aled Ellis takes interest and goes out of his way to assist and ensures all is proceeding as it should. I have bought and sold quite a few properties over last 15 years as I was in the letting business and therefore have dealt with a few Estate Agents in my time. This service is the best I have experienced in the property market, and have remained with them. I have no hesitation in recommending them. 5 *****PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Facebook8 years ago I "rented" a property from Aled Ellis which turned out to be an illegal HMO (they made 1 tenant sign the contract on behalf of the 4 occupants and it had no HMO checks or status in place) - the property was unsafe (wires hanging out of the walls in the bathroom and other rooms, unfinished patio, unfinished electrics etc). I brought this up on their Facebook in 2017 and promptly got a message threatening me with their solicitors. I'm still waiting for that solicitor call 3 years on.... It appears they've now stopped doing lettings, which is probably for the best, and have recreated their social media to reset their reviews however this unprofessionalism of throwing solicitor threats around doesn't go unnoticed. Screenshot of chat will be in comments

GoogleTerrible lettings agents. Moved us into a place where the cable for the internet was broken and would need an engineer to fix it but lied to us and said there was internet. Made doing university work very difficult. Also there was no hot water, the windows were all single glazed and cracked and the window in the kitchen did not shut fully leaving a huge gap. Attempted to contact them but we were ignored. They also told us the landlord did not want to fix the windows as it was too expensive but we then found out they had not even mentioned this to the landlord they had instead lied to us so they did not have to deal with this. The doors to the rooms also did not shut and the floor boards under the carpet were rotting away. They did not want to know and ignored our phone calls, texts and emails and were never in the office when we went by.
