GoogleWe have had very professional and friendly service selling our property with Urban & Rural, Dunstable. Brad had our property on the market within hours of his visit. He set up a WhatsApp group with him and his colleagues to arrange viewings and then called us to discuss feedback and offers. Amanda saw us through the sales progession and was on hand with reassurance when needed. I would definitely use Urban & Rural again and trust anyone using them would have the same great experience.

As a tenant we found Urban & Rural to be no more than a post box to the landlord of the property.When we vacated the property Urban & Rural had lost our initial conditions survey and itinerary, a sign of a business without any of kind process.The service we received felt more like a messaging service from our landlord than a business with any kind of procedure for managing tenant landlord relationships.Our tenancy ended 11 weeks to the day of writing, Urban & Rural to date have not been able to manage the return of our deposit payment.Unfortunately tenants do not have a choice in who manages the property they rent. With Urban & Rural just ensure you’re expectations in terms of support with even minor challenges are not to high.

GoogleAs soon as we engaged urban and rural, our house went under offer by another agent. If they had a chance, they would have done excellent job for sure. I would highly recommend these guys for their efficient and seamless services. It felt like we were in hands of a family estate agents who treated the house marketing promptly and systematically. These guys will go far for sure. Wishing them the very best.

GoogleWe put our house on the market in September 2020. They provided a comprehensive quote, details of marketing and the process. The sale price was spot on the valuation and strategy. Excellent communication throughout the sale using WhatsApp, feedback straight after viewings and booking in viewings. Advice on next steps to sell the house more quickly and good negotiation with the sale price. Only negative was the progression with the outsourced homestart where there was confusion about the chain on a number of occasions and chasing required. However overall it was an excellent service and I would use Urban and Rural again and recommend them to friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Johnathan Blake the owner, marketed a property that was already sold to speed up the previous sale, he re marketed the property. This is without informing us of the situation. After being kept in the dark and wasting £700 on Legal fees he called to say the the property had sold and contracts had been exchanged without being given the fair right to deal in the situation and keeping all parties informed. Avoid at all costs as this is a very under handed company and quite prepared for you the customer to loose money at their own gain. Be careful and hold on to your wallet.

From our very first meeting with Mark from the Barton Le Clay branch of Urban and Rural it was clear that we were dealing with a true professional. He arrived at the first meeting with a pack of information to help us place a value on the property. The photos were of a very high standard and Mark actually returned much later in the day to get an outside shot in better light. A buyer was found almost immediately. At every stage we were kept fully informed as to how things were progressing and phone calls/ emails were always responded to within an hour or so. I really cannot praise Mark and Debbie enough for the way they handled the sale of mum's bungalow. THANK YOU!!

GoogleI marketed my property with urban & rural for 4 months at a rate of 1.4%. I was told by the salesman that they were the best firms in the area and that they charged a premium for that service. Personally i didnt feel i got a premium service. They were very slow to return calls and messages. They also took several weeks to get the correct information on the rightmove page. I also felt the pictures they took of the flat for the rightmove page werent very flattering and played quite a big part in the flat only generating 4 viewings in 4 months, as its a brand new flat on a brand new development i have to say i expected them to generate more interest. So overal i wouldnt reccomend urban & rural especially considering the fees they charge

FacebookExcellent service end to end! We’ve just sold our cottage in Ampthill and after disappointing service from a competitor in Ampthill we switched to U&R. We laid out our high expectations in the introductory call, we are often out of the country so needed thoughtful proactivity, excellent communication across multiple time zones and clear statements. To be honest I expected to have to poke them a few times through the process to keep to my standards but I am pleased to say that I did not need to at all. They exceeded my expectations and even went way above and beyond in popping in to the house when we were away to check on heating, post and such like. We made decorative changes part way through the sale and they had no issues coming out to take new photos and quickly updated heir sales material. EXCELLENT.

Disinterested and uninformed people trying their very best to flog product to anyone who’ll bite. ‘Admin mistakes’ lead to offers being accepted, only not really: surprise we want 5k more. I can only imagine this kind of lying, deceitful, dishonest, criminally minded dung comes from the very top. Do not market your property with Urban and Rural.Do not attempt to buy a property from Urban and Rural.
