Me and my fiancé were looking at house's and we had already viewed quite a few before finally viewing one that was being sokd by inskip & davie. We were greeted by Ryan who was very friendly and by far the most knowlagable estate agent we had met. Obviously when buying a house you will have many questions about the house and it's amazing when someone can answer them all. After we had agreed a price and sale was under way the process was really smooth with them. They also provided help with questions i had outside of the property as it was our first house we had a few to say the least and they helped as much as they could. Over all they were brilliant and we are definitely going to be using them when we choose to sell.

By far the best Estate Agents we have used. Their approach is professional and efficient. Any issues or questions are dealt with quickly and in an efficient manner. A very friendly demeanour when calling and always happy to go the extra mile to please. Having witnessed their approach to making sure properties are up to standard accordingly, I can assure everyone that they will contact you when any scheduled maintenance is due on the property before you even realise yourselves.
