I have no hesitation in recommending Inskip and Davie to assist with a sale or purchase of your property. They helped guide us through the sale of my Mothers house, who unfortunately passed away during the process so the sale was far from simple as Probate was also thrown in the ring, but thanks to Daniel and Ryan things were kept on track and at no point did they mention additional fees due to the extra work involved as a result of this. It's rare to find a company that have such great customer service nowadays.

We first used Inskip and Davie in 2012 when we needed a letting agent to manage our property whilst we were overseas. The service we received for the 7 yesrs that Inskip and Davie managed our property has been 5☆ all the way. Communication was top notch, and all queries from both the tenant and myself were answered quickly and efficiently. Thanks go especially to Mark who kept me as the landlord the right side of the law. Fast forward to 2019, when we sought to sell the house upon our return from overseas. The advice and guidance received was again totally spot on. Despite the interruption caused by COVID19, Daniel kept up the momentum and our house sold within days of going on the market. Daniel's wise and realistic advice regarding the price of the property was absolutely right. We are delighted by the service we have received. Inskip and Davie provide an excellent service, whether you are a Landlord, Tenant or Vendor. Their office staff are professional, courteous and attentive. I simply cannot recommend them enough. Bit of a belated one but Inskip & Davie showed us round our current house that we rent. Charlotte showed us round back in January and was the main reason we decided to apply to be tenants. She was extremely helpful, and went ‘full mum mode’ when we said we were first time renters. She told us all we needed to know, and as well as answers to questions we hadn’t asked yet, she advised us of the process and made us feel confident in our decision. We’ve now been in our house for 7 months and a half months! And we couldn't be happier! The whole process was so easy and smooth, and we’ve ended up with a wonderful landlord who we keep in touch with every so often. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
