Excellent service all round! Daniel, Ryan and all the staff at Inskip and Davie were professional, polite and supportive at every step. We shortlisted Inskip and Davie to help sell our property, and after our first meeting with Daniel, we cancelled all other appointments. There was no generic sales jargon, no pushy sales approach... you just felt like you were having a conversation with an experienced professional who made us feel instantly at ease. Ryan is equally professional, reassuring, approachable and efficient - we can't thank him enough for his support throughout our process! As soon as I walked into Inskip & Davie and was greeted with friendliness and warmth, I knew they were the ones for me and they did not disappoint! Daniel has been professional, always easy to talk to, giving good advice. He removed all the stress, just was very supportive throughout the whole process and with his 30 years of experience I always felt I was in safe hands. The house sold within a few weeks and completion in about 16 weeks of my offer on a new house, it couldn't have been more seamless. Everyone in the office were friendly and helpful and communication was excellent throughout - I would have no hesitation in recommending them and can't praise them enough. Thank you so very much for making what seemed at the start so daunting, in reality couldn't have been more straightforward - true professionals!

Last year I bought a house through Inskip and Davie as they were the agents chosen by the seller. This year when we sold our previous property I had no hesitation in going back to Inskip and Davie to handle the sale. Totally customer focussed, friendly, approachable but always professional. It is very clear that you are dealing with people who’s names are above the door and not a chain or franchise. Daniel went (in my opinion) above and beyond in looking after us and our buyer. giving a level of service that I doubt we would have got anywhere else. Inskip & Davie were recommended to us by someone who uses their letting service. On this occasion, we used the selling side of the company. Ryan came over to do a free valuation, along with two other Sandy based agents. Of the three, Ryan was definitely the most personable and researched our house on how it looked prior to any work being done. Based on this, we decided to sell through Inskip & Davie. Our house was on the market for eight days and Ryan gave us plenty of notice for every viewing so we could get the house ready to be viewed. Following the offer, Ryan was very thorough and quick to communicate between ourselves and the buyers. In the run up to exchange of contracts, Ryan was on annual leave so Daniel took the reigns and did his upmost to help push the solicitors to get the dea; over the line. Inskip & Davie's service has been second to none all the way through. It's easy for clients to be forgotten, but we felt the opposite to this the entire time. We'd like to thank Daniel, Ryan and the rest of the Inskip & Davie team for all of their help throughout this transaction.

I have no hesitation in recommending Inskip and Davie to assist with a sale or purchase of your property. They helped guide us through the sale of my Mothers house, who unfortunately passed away during the process so the sale was far from simple as Probate was also thrown in the ring, but thanks to Daniel and Ryan things were kept on track and at no point did they mention additional fees due to the extra work involved as a result of this. It's rare to find a company that have such great customer service nowadays.

We first used Inskip and Davie in 2012 when we needed a letting agent to manage our property whilst we were overseas. The service we received for the 7 yesrs that Inskip and Davie managed our property has been 5☆ all the way. Communication was top notch, and all queries from both the tenant and myself were answered quickly and efficiently. Thanks go especially to Mark who kept me as the landlord the right side of the law. Fast forward to 2019, when we sought to sell the house upon our return from overseas. The advice and guidance received was again totally spot on. Despite the interruption caused by COVID19, Daniel kept up the momentum and our house sold within days of going on the market. Daniel's wise and realistic advice regarding the price of the property was absolutely right. We are delighted by the service we have received. Bit of a belated one but Inskip & Davie showed us round our current house that we rent. Charlotte showed us round back in January and was the main reason we decided to apply to be tenants. She was extremely helpful, and went ‘full mum mode’ when we said we were first time renters. She told us all we needed to know, and as well as answers to questions we hadn’t asked yet, she advised us of the process and made us feel confident in our decision. We’ve now been in our house for 7 months and a half months! And we couldn't be happier! The whole process was so easy and smooth, and we’ve ended up with a wonderful landlord who we keep in touch with every so often. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Me and my fiancé were looking at house's and we had already viewed quite a few before finally viewing one that was being sokd by inskip & davie. We were greeted by Ryan who was very friendly and by far the most knowlagable estate agent we had met. Obviously when buying a house you will have many questions about the house and it's amazing when someone can answer them all. After we had agreed a price and sale was under way the process was really smooth with them. They also provided help with questions i had outside of the property as it was our first house we had a few to say the least and they helped as much as they could. Over all they were brilliant and we are definitely going to be using them when we choose to sell.
