When we moved in vikki made sure the house was 110% for us and anything else that has needed to be done over the last few months the she has gotten it done ASAP. GoogleI recently sold my house through Lorraine and Team. I can honestly say they where a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and their customer service is second to none. Lorraine commented a few times that I was such a relaxed seller - but working with such a professional team I knew I was in safe hands so it made it easier to be relaxed! GoogleWe put our house on the market with remax and from day one there was no viewings and more cancellations than anything. After ten weeks of no offers we went to a different agent and was sale agreed and sold in a few weeks. We were very disappointed with the service we received from team Lorraine. Would not recommend if you want to sell your house.
Dear Christine, Thank you for your Google Review. I fully understand why you feel this way. However there is always two sides to every story. I originally valued your lovely home on the 10/03/2022 and advised you that the market was very strong at that particular time and that it was a great time to sell. You informed me that you had not seen a house suitable down the country and that you were expecting a baby in May and you had two small little boys and that you and Simon felt it best to hold off. You then instructed us to place your home on the market at the end of June which can be a slower time as a lot of people take their holidays July and August and children are off school. This slower time was compounded with a third interest rates hike in July 2022 and it rattled the market somewhat and things did slow down. To say we had no viewings is totally untrue because we called you after every viewing with feedback. Yes we had a some buyers who cancelled which does happen in this industry unfortunately which we have no control over what so ever. We do try to ensure that this does not happen by sending a text reminder to all viewers to remind them of the viewing 24 hours in advance. I so appreciate that as a Mum this can be very frustrating especially with small children and after going to huge effort to get a property ready for a viewing. You withdrew your property from us in August and gave it to another local agent who dropped your property value by €10,000 from our previous starting price plus the market was coming out of the holiday season and was starting to pick up greatly again with buyers anxious to buy before year end. I will admit that at the time we placed your property on the market the level of inquiries we would have traditionally got on a house like yours was way down by comparison to normal. You were a lovely couple to deal with and you always had the house beautiful for all viewings. We are so sorry that we did not get a buyer quicker for you but I honestly believe if you had left the house with us a little longer and given us more time we would have hit the jackpot for you. Timing, patience and market conditions are everything when it comes to selling a property. I thank you for your honesty and I and my Team will endeavor to learn from this experience. Thank you for taking the time to tell us honestly what you felt. I hope you, Simon and your little boys are very happy in their new home and new county.
